Three hours after arriving at work I have finally answered all of my emails and cleaned out my entire email inbox. Life as the Customer Service Manager is not the bomb ok?
I’m sleepy and tired and grumpy and people still keep coming up to me with dumb ass fucking questions. It’s like can’t you people look at me and tell that I’m not in the mood to be disturbed. And it’s not like they are valid questions either. They are those kinds of questions you know people are asking you just to have something to fucking say. ANNOYING.
I have been an extreme geek for the past few days playing my online RPG. No I don’t play EQ or AC, I only like text based RPGs and one in particular, Dragon Realms. So there is a festival going on in game which means that there is lots of stuff to buy with play money; stuff that I will later be able to sell for real American dollars on the eBay of Dragon Realms, DRSales. Like any of you know what that means. It doesn’t matter: I know what it means. It still amazes me that people will spend RL money on stuff that I bought with fake coins and can’t even be used in RL but whatever, their stupidity is my gain. Maybe I shouldn’t call it stupidity, but I just don’t understand how some people will spend $1,000 for something FAKE. Whatever, it’s shoe money for me.
And I’m still trying to drink my coffee I bought three hours ago at Starbucks. That and handle all the god damn issues that come up in this office since it seems like the only time anyone else wants to talk to a customer is if they think they are going to make a commission off of them. Such is life in a sales office.
